INTRODUCATION

Qingyang Chemical Industry Corporation (hereinafter to be referred as QYCC) is a leading large-scale integrated chemical enterprise in China. It is also the national R & D base of energetic materials and organic intermediates. It has nearly 9000 staff including about 3000 engineering and management staff. QYCC locates in Liaoyang city of Liaoning province covering the area of 36km2 with Shenyang in the north, Anshan in the south and Benxi in the east.
      QYCC founded in 1937 has been restructured company with limited liability since 2001 and was called the State-owned Qingyang Chemical Industry Factory, Liaoning Qingyang Chemical Industries Group etc. And its name was renamed Qingyang Chemical Industry Corporation in June, 2004 attached to China North Industries Group Corporation.
     The products of QYCC mainly has four series of energetic materials, organic intermediates and fine chemicals, industrial explosive materials and polyurethane products and over 200 commodities. QYCC passing Quality Management System Certificate of GJB9001A-2001 and GB/T19001-2000 is the enterprise of observing contracts and keeping promises conferred by Liaoning Provincial Government. And “Qingyang Brand”, product trademark, is the famous trademark of Liaoning Province. Based on strict administrative mechanism, outstanding human resource and abundant professional experience, QYCC applies itself to products and technical innovation, exerts itself to create value for customers, and provides high-quality products and professional service for users through making use of matured production and scientific research, quality management and after service system. The products are sold nearly 40 countries and regions besides the domestic demand. QYCC as people’s military leading enterprise has supplied technology to scores of enterprises and assisted to build production lines and made contribution to the development of China’s national defence industry.
